I have had a few comments where people say: Why doesn’t my doctor know about this? Because it is a new breakthrough.
I had two choices on how to inform the medical community about these new concepts. First is the “medical acceptance pathway”. This is a 10+ year journey of testing, publishing, lecturing etc. This pathway is the journey to get your doctor to tell you. As I began working with these new treatment protocols, I discovered that I could not even get various local doctors and clinics attention. One can’t just blast onto the medical research scene. It quickly became clear that if I wanted to get this information out in a reasonable timeframe, that I would have to do a grass root campaign with patients. Fibromyalgia patients are motivated, well connected with social media, and will bring this concepts to their doctors. As patients and their doctors see success, this grassroots campaign will open doorways and eventually the medical acceptance path will rutor onion omgomgomg follow.
People think this is just another book about how to manage symptoms of fibromyalgia. It is nothing of the sort. As hard as it is to believe, I am claiming that I have discovered the actual cause of a high percent of fibromyalgia cases (there is more than one cause). Skeptical people don’t believe this because there is “no known cause of fibromyalgia”. Yet these same people all hope for a cure some day. If this is to be the case, then “someday” will have to eventually come around. I am here to say that today is the day!
